When a homicide is discovered along with a strange object left behind by the killer, Inspector Becker and his squad move into high gear. Soon the squad figures out this killer is identifying with the classic movie, “Casablanca”. Add a psychotic killer from Becker’s past into the mix and Becker and his squad may be facing the toughest case of their lives…if they all live through it.
